Getting There

The Holywell Music Room is situated in the City Centre near to all the original old parts of the University. If coming from the bus or coach station walk to the centre and Holywell Road is found at the end of Broad Street, the street with Blackwell's Bookshop in, by the King's Arms pub.

Getting to Oxford itself is relatively easy with a Railway Station (Train Times) in the city centre and a 24 hour coach service to London Victoria called The Oxford Tube. For those coming from abroad, Oxford is situated in the centre of England on the M40 roughly halfway between London and Birmingham.

Accommodation

There are few websites that deal with hotels, bed & breakfasts and hostel accommodation. The after party venue is just off the Cowley Road and near the Iffley Road which has a lot of B&Bs, so you may want to try and get accommodation in East Oxford (the OX4 postcode) area. Here is a selection:

Hotels and Guest Houses Oxford.

Oxford Bed and Breakfast hotels and guest house accommodation.

There are also some B&Bs nearby, listed in the web directories above.

All the Hostels including the Backpacker's Hostel are in town though. For those who would like the experience of staying in an Oxford college there are rooms available at various prices, see:
Oxford bed and breakfast accommodation in the University Colleges.

Oxford City is well worth a visit on its own. Not only is the site of oldest University in the English speaking world. It has the World's first museum, set up by Elias Ashmole and was the site of the last Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn Lodge and is also the birthplace of Richard The Lionheart.
The Invisible College, Oxford, as we like to call the local Pagan, Occult and Esoteric Community, is alive a well and has a large vibrant Pagan and Occult scene that work well together and help organise events for the Oxford and wider area. This is born out by the fact that we have one of the largest Mind Body Spirit bookshops in the world here too, The Inner Bookshop
There is also quite a lot of beautiful countryside nearby as well as many Ancient Monuments like The Ridgeway, Wittenham Clumps and Uffington White Horse Hill. The Cotswolds are just West of Oxford and the Hellfire Caves of West Wycombe just East. So if you come down for the event there are plenty of things to do on the Sunday before heading back.

Love is the law, love under will.
